Join the Nebraska Forest Service for the virtual 2025 Tree Care Workshop. The event will take place on Zoom. A link will be emailed to you after you register. Registration is $20 to attend. Registration will end 1 hour before the event begins on Feb. 7th.
The virtual event will start at 8:30 AM MST and end at 1:00 PM MST on Friday, Feb. 7,th 2025. CEU's are currently pending official assignment. We anticipate 4 CEU's from NAA and ISA.
Topics include, "Expanding Tree Diversity, Limber Pine, and Other Underutilized Native Species," "Insects On The Horizon," "Building a Better Bid," and "Tree Nursery Practices." Speakers include Greg Morgenson (retired horticulturist), Justin Evertson (Green Infrastructure Coordinator for the Nebraska Forest Service and Nebraska Statewide Arboretum), Lauren Keefe (Nebraska Forest Service Western Nebraska Forest Health Specialist), Ryan Magrum (ISA Arborist/Magrum Tree Service Cheyenne, Wyoming), Chrissy Land (Nebraska Forest Service Western Nebraska Community Forester), and Graham Herbst (Nebraska Forest Service Eastern Nebraska Community Forester).
