- Urban & Community Forestry Grants: The Nebraska Statewide Arboretum has been awarded $10 million by the USDA Forest Service Urban and Community Forestry program as part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). These funds are distributed through competitive grants to improve Nebraska’s community forestry infrastructure, including tree care, removal, planting, and workforce development.
